Kelly Before & After Care

The AM Program opens at 7:30am (no earlier) and is located in the art room in the basement across from the cafeteria. Parents must escort and sign in their children each morning.

The PM Program is based in the Cafeteria and runs from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.

If your child may require a shadow aid, please call us at 973-736-1282 x19 before registering.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Registration will NOT be accepted if previous balances are unpaid. You are NOT considered to be registered unless previous balances are paid, registration fees and program fees are paid, and your registration packet is completed.

  1. Download and complete forms. If you are re-registering, you can alternatively re-register through your My Procare account.

  2. Email to wochbgc@hotmail.com (Email is preferred), or Fax to 973-736-9071.

  3. Confirmation will be sent from us at wochbgc@hotmail.com to the email you provided.

  4. Pay your Registration Fee & Program Fee on My Procare. SEE PAYMENTS SECTION BELOW.
Need To Drop Off? Drop off location is at the West Orange Community House (242 Main Street).

All registration information is detailed in the Information Packet. Please be sure to read the entire packet, and not to hesitate to ask any questions you may have. There will be no excuses for not knowing our policies.
Payments
Procare Information
Initial registration: Once we receive your forms, we will send out a statement with the fees via email. You can then register on My Procare (if you haven't done so with us already) where you can make your payment. Fees will be automatically applied to your account.

Status: Your initial registration will place you on a “Awaiting Payment” list. Once payment is applied, you will see your status go to pre-registered. (Note that all payments must be made before the last week of August in order to start attending the first week of school).
Make payments with credit or debit card via My Procare (click below)!  We also accept card, check, money order, or cash at our facility at 242 Main Street.

Registration fee and first month's program fee are due up front. If you have any questions, call us at 973-736-1282 ext 20 or email us at wochbgc@hotmail.com.
Financial Aid
If you find that you can't afford the program fees as outlined in the information packet, please call Programs for Parents at 973-297-1114 to see if you qualify for financial support.
