Mt. Pleasant Before & After Care

The AM Program opens at 7:30am (no earlier). Parents must escort and sign in their children each morning.

The PM Program is based in the Gym and runs from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.

If your child requires 1:1 during the school day, please call us at 973-736-1282 x17 before registering.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Registration will NOT be accepted if previous balances are unpaid. You are NOT considered to be registered unless previous balances are paid, registration fees and program fees are paid, and your registration packet is completed.

Should you register, you will be placed on a waitlist.


  1. Download and complete forms. If you are re-registering, you can alternatively re-register through your My Procare account.
    Please Note :
  2. Download and save the forms to your computer in order to sign electronically.
  3. The registration packet should have a revision date of 2026 and the information packet should have a revision date of 2025. If yours does not, please try refreshing the page or deleting your browser's cookies/cache.

  4. Email to melissa.cito@bgcwo.org (Email is preferred), or Fax to 973-736-9071.

  5. Confirmation  will be sent from us at melissa.cito@bgcwo.org to the email you provided.

  6. Pay your Registration Fee & Program Fee on My Procare. SEE "PAYMENTS" SECTION BELOW.

 

Need To Drop Off? Drop off location is at the West Orange Community House (242 Main Street).


Deadline for the first week of school is August 21st.


All registration information is detailed in the Information Packet. Please be sure to read the entire packet, and don't hesitate to ask any questions that you may have.


Payments
Procare Information
Initial registration: Once we receive your forms, we will send out a statement with the fees via email. You can then register on My Procare (if you haven't done so with us already) where you can make your payment. Fees will be automatically applied to your account.

Status: Your initial registration will place you on a “Awaiting Payment” list. Once payment is applied, you will see your status go to pre-registered. (Note that all payments must be made before the last week of August in order to start attending the first week of school).

Make payments with credit or debit card via My Procare (click below)!  We also accept card, check, money order, or cash at our facility at 242 Main Street.
