REGISTRATION IS NOW AVAILABLE.
If you attended summer camp last year, you can re-register via your My Procare account . If you are new to our program, you can click on the "FULL Registration Forms" link below after reading the directions.
Please review the Costs Dates and Hours tab before you register, where you will see the rate information.
- Weeks:
You must register for a
minimum of 4 weeks. Those who select less than 4 weeks will not be processed.
- Payment: Once we receive your registration and we set up your account, you will receive an email that will direct you to www.myprocare.com to register your account. This is where you can make your payment (if you choose to pay online). You may also choose to pay at our facility. Payment must be paid in full
for your registration to be valid. No exceptions will be made.
- Additional Weeks:
If you need additional weeks you can add them later, via e-mail or phone. Please understand that if you do so
later than June 15th, the price for the week will have gone up
to the late registration fee.
- Status:
Your initial registration will place you on the
Awaiting pmt/docs
list on your account. Once payment is applied and we receive all your forms, you will see your status go to
pre-registered.
(Note that if your child does not have the status "pre-registered" by the time camp starts, they will not be able to attend).
- Required Forms (FOR RETURNING CAMPERS ONLY):
All parents
must
additionally
fill out and give us
two required forms (if registering through My Procare): "Parental Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment" and the "Pick up and Contact Form", which can both be found
here. We do not need another copy of your child's immunization record granted you have provided us with one in the past. Sending these forms via e-mail is most preferable, but you may also fax or drop off if you are unable to e-mail them. Both forms are fillable as PDFs.

- Information Packet:

here. The last page in this packet details how to create your My Procare account where you can make your payment.
- Contacts: You must provide at least two emergency contacts that are different from parents.
- Those parents applying for or who have been approved by Program for Parents can complete registration the same way above, but please email us first (melissa.cito@bgcwo.org) if you are not in our before and after care programs. Your specific co-pay and/or differential fees will be applied to your account, and must be paid in full before the start of camp.
Note: There is currently no swiping being done for PFP and thus the information pertaining to swiping in the guidelines below can be disregarded.
Returning campers
